At Genuine, the health and safety of our community is our utmost concern. During these troubling times, we’re excited to be provide you with support all your physical therapy and fitness needs.
What We're Doing
All staff are required to wear face masks in accordance with the policies of Genuine and the City of Beachwood. All high touch surfaces are wiped down and sanitized regularly throughout the day, and all one-on-one treatment rooms are cleaned after each treatment.
What to Expect
When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call from your car when you arrive. This allows us to avoid using the waiting area and keep contact to a minimum.
